The Real Problem

Homeowners are often forced to make expensive decisions with one-sided information.

Contractors may provide useful information, but many also profit from the solution they recommend. That can create pressure, confusion, and uncertainty.

01

Sales pressure

Homeowners may be pushed to approve work before fully understanding the issue.

02

Conflicting recommendations

Different contractors can give different answers, leaving you unsure who to believe.

03

No independent review

Many homeowners approve repairs without a homeowner-paid second opinion.

04

Information disadvantage

Contractor conversations are harder when you do not know what questions to ask.
